We map lawn, beds, sun and shade so each zone gets the right heads and the right amount of water, with full coverage and no overspray onto the driveway or house.
Install
Pipe is pulled or trenched in with minimal disturbance, heads are set flush with the turf, and the lawn is restored so you can barely tell we were there.
Program & walk through
We program the controller for your yard and the season, and walk you through how everything works before we leave.

How long does it take to install a sprinkler system?
Most residential systems take 1–2 days depending on the size of the property and number of zones.
When should my system be winterized?
Before the first hard freeze, usually October to early November in MetroWest. We blow out the lines with compressed air so no water is left to freeze and crack pipes or heads.
Can a sprinkler system help with town watering restrictions?
Yes. A smart controller with a rain sensor waters only on allowed days and skips watering after rain, so you stay within local rules and use less water.
